Medical Insurance

HR Capital can provide different types of private medical and life coverage insurance according to the requirements of the client.

– Medical & life insurance.

– Accidents and Disability Insurance.

– Other needed policy that may be required by Client.

The client has the freedom to choose any service provider that meets their requirements in regards to value, duration and benefits.

HR Capital will only be responsible for administering and following the renewals, employees claims, and cards issuance. The cost plus any annual increase from the medical provider will be paid by HR Capital and then reimbursed from the client.

The duration of starting such a service is not necessarily applicable with the main service agreement starting date.

Accordingly, any changes in the cost or increase in annual premium is not related to the renewal of the main service agreement.

Payroll Services

HR Capital payroll services includes undertaking the monthly payroll function and any calculations related to an employee’s payment such as overtime, taxes, bonuses, incentives, vacations etc.,

All tasks, reports and invoices are fully computerized and strictly confidential with a secure oracle based system to be in place very soon, and all related payroll documents are kept in a digital filing system and are available for client review at any time.

Reports and Invoices for all the services are available through e-mails or any other form of requested documentation and can be designed according to the client to suit their various purposes.

HR Capital is associated with several banks and work with them to deliver salaries to personnel through direct bank transfers, to each employee’s account.

A detailed payment slip is e-mailed to each employee to inform them of the breakdown of their salaries and to ensure salary confidentiality. If e-mails are not available, then payment slips are emailed to the designated client personnel to be printed for employees upon request or an HR Capital representative will hand-deliver these payment slips upon their visit.

Personnel Issues

HR Capital provide personnel with various types of letters and documents that they might require in order to submit to banks, apply for credit cards, apply in embassies for visas or any other purposes.

Recruitment Consultation

HR Capital acquires a vast database of CVs and potential candidates for a variety of positions.

Once we receive full details of the vacancies available and required; HR Capital does preliminary interviews with potential candidates within our office and then provides a short list specifying the best two or three candidates for each position.

The client then does the final interview and selection.

If for any reason the selected candidate stopped working during the first three months, we will replace them without any extra fees.

Social Insurance

HR Capital is fully responsible for the personnel’s social insurance and any other governmental and legal requirements related. Each individual placed in a social insurance category according to their income and continuous follow up related to the regulations and laws of social insurance specially the Labor Law, Social Insurance Decrees Law, Tax Law are applied and maintained upon receipt from the government.

We are also able to provide our HR Capital personnel with social insurance print outs straight from our office authorized and stamped for any purpose they may require.

We keep updated records and balance of all types of vacations for each employee provided that data has to be given to HR Capital personnel on regular basis.

Work Permits

HR Capital provide work permits for any client that requires expatriates to work within the country.

During the initial procedure, the expat must be outside of Egypt until an approval for their entry is issued. Once they arrive, the procedures continue until the work permit is issued.

Work permits are valid for one year, with renewals every 6 months. Duration and documents required vary according to different nationalities.
